This is the sheet you would use when speaking with local non-profits while helping them determine their fundraising needs.

Take note: A small group of 20 members would only need to sell less than 1 card per day per person to raise $5000!

Where do we go from here?
The next step..... Request a packet that outlines all of the details and what’s involved in launching your area. Our packet will also contain an application and a credit authorization form that you will need to fill and out send back to us when you’re ready. After reviewing, and accepting, your application we will then require a deposit on your sales and marketing materials as well as a $35 credit report fee so we can pull and review your credit.

Why are you checking my credit?
Let’s face it; we want people that will represent our growing national brand in an honest and reputable fashion. We also want business owners, that we do business with, to know they are dealing with an honest and reputable company.
Last, but not least, we may, from time to time, be extending you credit when you order cards. We want to be sure that we are dealing with a credit worthy representative.


What if my credit stinks?
We understand that stuff happens in life and we are willing to listen and bend a bit if we feel there is a
good reason.


How much is the total deposit?
Your total deposit will be based on your desired level of commitment and will range from between $300 and $700. After receiving your deposit we then help get you set up to receive some free sales and marketing items as well as we ship your other items directly to your home or office. The deposit pays for all of your materials.....with no mark up from us, and does include a small administrative fee.


Our Requirements
• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must live in the immediate area of your designated territory
• You must agree and adhere to our Policies & Procedures and only use logos and other materials as provided by us.

(though we highly encourage new sales, marketing and design ideas)

If you feel this might fit you then please don’t wait too long. This is a new launch for us and we do expect rapid growth. The odds are that you are considering this for your area and you’re probably not the only one that read the ad that brought you to this page.

Q.Are there any fees or quotas involved?
A. Quotas come into play only if you decide you want an exclusive territory. The fee or quota would then be determined by the size of the exclusive territory. We do charge a monthly administrative fee that ranges from $25-$300 per month. Most reps will fall into the $25 per month fee category.

Q. Can I operate in more than one territory?
A. We ask that you concentrate on your area first but we will evaluate this on a case by case basis.

Q. Can I hire people to help me?
A. Certainly, in fact we recommend it. You can hire employees, independent reps, or bring on a business partner or two. The more “feet on the street” the faster we all grow.

Q.Why would a business choose a “free” service like this and how do I overcome “you get what you pay for” reactions?
A. First and foremost, they do “pay for our services”. It’s just that they pay the customer, by offering the discount, instead of us. Once you explain that the customer pays a retail fee of $25 for access to over 40 other local businesses that should open their eyes. Oh.....and each business recieves two free cards. The free cards helps promote business to business sales and guarantees the business owner that at least 39 other business owners know about your business!

Q.What if my territory is already taken?
A. Generally this means you’re just too late but we can contact the current territory rep and see if there is a way for the two of you to work together.

Q.Do I need to know anything about search engines or search engine optimization (SEO)?
A. Not really. We walk you through some of the basics so you have an understanding that you can pass on to the clients.

Q. Who collects payment for the cards?
A. Remember you are the supplier so you are paid directly by the clients. We require you to pay us for your
cards 30 days after you receive them. You require your clients to pay you 20 days after you supply them
their cards.

Q. How exclusive are the territories?
A. This depends; if you are paying a fee, above the admininistrative fee, to have an exclusive territory, then your area is protected. If you’re not paying to be exclusive then we may add more reps to your area.

Q. What happens if someone wants to buy my territory?
A. If you’re paying for your territory then only you have the right to sell it….not us. If you don’t hold an exclusive territory then we evaluate the situations as they arise.

Q. How will I market GrapevineDiscounts.com?
A. This is the best part. Most of your marketing and awareness will be done by the businesses, churches, non-profits, schools, and other organizations you work with. We provide the sales and marketing materials needed to get them involved and marketing for you.

Q. I already own a business, can I still get involved?
A. Yes, but remember, you don’t want to burn too many candles at once. Your profits will be highly reflective of your efforts during the first two years.

Q. Why do you say “2 years”?
A. Think about it. Your first year will be spent growing and bringing on new local businesses. The number of businesses involved is directly reflective of your cards value. Once you have ample businesses involved the non-profits, churches, schools, and other organizations will jump on board!
